Irranting Director !!!

How To Stop Them in Their Tracks !!!!

We can all relate to irritating characters we are unfortunate enough to have to work with. This is just a simple run through on the different varieties of personalities in the workplace. My inspiration for this article is the "fantastic" characters I work with. Damn, what a day!!!

My director is F……..king irritating … I really can’t understand her …. Ask for B stuff and went I summit B stuff … she ask for A … even both also same collaboration… Damn irritating … I hate her totally!!!!

People who irritate you might become people who interest you, once you learn how to handle them.
Maybe your partner is a pain in the neck or your supervisor gets up your nose. Performing your job on the front lines is stressful enough. The last thing you need is static behind the scenes.

Because dealing with oafs is unpleasant, people avoid addressing the problems they cause, allowing the irritants to gain positive reinforcement and attention for their negative behavior. If changing shifts or getting promoted above the irritating supervisor isn't likely, try these nine strategies for handling workplace adversaries.

1. Who's the problem? Is the irritant's behavior counterproductive or merely annoying? People ruffle our feathers because they smoke, speak with a wheedling tone, don't smile, are from a different culture we don't understand, or whatever. In that case, the problem is self-made. Get over it. Otherwise…

2. Meet for conflict resolution. Conflicts can be resolved in five steps. 1) Jointly define the external objective rather than focusing on your disagreement. 2) Reverse perspectives. State your understanding of the irritant's point of view and vice verse. 3) Brainstorm ideas for achieving the objective. 4) Agree to try one or more of the ideas. 5) Play fair.

3. Make your point and let it go. Irritating people won't sign confessions or promise never to aggravate you again. They will, however, mentally note that you're a reasonable person who doesn't tolerate oafs behaving badly.

4. Put the burden on them. For example, calmly say, "You've interrupted me again. Are you willing to let me finish my sentence?" This works better than saying, "You're rude! Didn't your parents teach you not to interrupt?" Condemnation and accusations are preludes to warfare.

5. Don't make excuses. Avoid exonerating phrases like, "You had a bad day. That's why you yelled at me." Say your piece straight and sincere: "I didn't deserve to be yelled at in front of those customers."

6. Show character. In the face of threats, police are calm, professional, rational and unhurried. These characteristics that mark excellent co-workers are vital even when—especially when—colleagues are agitated, impolite, unpleasant, unprofessional, irrational and frantic.

7. Never say never, every, always. Irritating people will argue the exceptions instead of listening to your statement. "You never co-operate," is an exaggeration. On the other hand, "We don't see eye to eye on this. What do you think we could do?" invites dialogue, negotiation.

8. Stick to the path. Masters of manipulation change the subject, attack, accuse, excuse, plead, rationalise, throw tantrums, ignore you, flatter you and debate unanswerable questions. Don't let 'em sidetrack you.

9. Don't unload on others. Complaining to friends and family makes them feel helpless because they can't rescue you. Complaining to workmates creates bad vibes and disrupts harmony. After you've exhausted every other strategy, elevate the problem to an authority that can intervene on your behalf and offer suggestions you're willing to consider.

Why should people NOT eat Pork?

This stuff to my special friends .. which was alz like to had paandi (pork)..

BUT YOU PEOPLE DON'T KNOW WHAT YOUR EATING YOUR EATING A PIG AND PIGS WILL EAT anything including urine, excrement, dirt, decaying animal flesh, maggots, or decaying vegetables and people left-overs that they ate. They will even eat the cancerous growths off other pigs or animals. You are like killing your self slowly. pork is like death. The meat and fat of a pig absorbs toxins like a sponge. Their meat can be 30 times more toxic than beef. Pigs dont sweat so then the toxins remain within its body and in the meat. And then when a pig is butchered, worms and insects take to its flesh sooner and faster than to other animal's flesh. In a few days the pig flesh is full of worms.

Bad effects of pork consumption :
Pig's bodies contain many toxins, worms and latent diseases. Although some of these infestations are harbored in other animals, modern veterinarians say that pigs are far more predisposed to these illnesses than other animals. This could be because pigs like to scavenge and will eat any kind of food, including dead insects, worms, rotting carcasses, excreta (including their own), garbage, and other pigs.
Influenza (flu) is one of the most famous illnesses which pigs share with humans. This illness is harbored in the lungs of pigs during the summer months and tends to affect pigs and humans in the cooler months. Sausage contains bits of pigs' lungs, so those who eat pork sausage tend to suffer more during epidemics of influenza. Pig meat contains excessive quantities of histamine and imidazole compounds, which can lead to itching and inflammation; growth hormone, which promotes inflammation and growth; sulphur-containing mesenchymal mucus, which leads to swelling and deposits of mucus in tendons and cartilage, resulting in arthritis, rheumatism, etc.
Sulfur helps cause firm human tendons and ligaments to be replaced by the pig's soft mesenchymal tissues, and degeneration of human cartilage. Eating pork can also lead to gallstones and obesity, probably due to its high cholesterol and saturated fat content. The pig is the main carrier of the taenia solium worm, which is found it its flesh. These tapeworms are found in human intestines with greater frequency in nations where pigs are eaten. This type of tapeworm can pass through the intestines and affect many other organs, and is incurable once it reaches beyond a certain stage. One in six people in the US and Canada has trichinosis from eating trichina worms which are found in pork. Many people have no symptoms to warn them of this, and when they do, they resemble symptoms of many other illnesses. These worms are not noticed during meat inspections, nor are they killed by salting or smoking. Few people cook the meat long enough to kill the trichinae. The rat (another scavenger) also harbors this disease. There are dozens of other worms, germs, diseases and bacteria which are commonly found in pigs, many of which are specific to the pig, or found in greater frequency in pigs.
Pigs are biologically similar to humans, and their meat is said to taste similar to human flesh. Pigs have been used for dissection in biology labs due to the similarity between their organs and human organs. People with insulin-dependent diabetes usually inject themselves with pig insulin.

I hope you all won't had pork after reading this stuff...
Don't kill yourself ..
